Service Description

A 1:1 12-week coaching programme of 6 1-hour long sessions focussing on your areas of choice. Choosing a coaching programme over a period of time allows us to really get to the heart of the matter and explore barriers or blockers preventing you from living the life you desire. You might want to work with me over a longer period of time, say 6 or 12 months. We could achieve so much in this time so get in touch with me to discuss options. Payment for one-off sessions are made upfront but there is the option to pay in two to three installments for coaching programmes, Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss setting up a payment plan. Whichever package you choose, you will also have access to me via email/WhatsApp between sessions and all coaching sessions include a pre-coaching questionnaire.
