Heart of the Matter - the mini

Service Description

A mini version of the Heart of the Matter Coaching Programme. This 6 week 1:1 coaching programme includes 3 hour-long coaching sessions (online or F2F) where we explore your current challenges that are leaving you feeling stuck and out of alignment with your goals. For coaching programmes, there is the option to pay in 2-3 installments. Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss setting up a payment plan. Whichever package you choose, you will also have access to me via email/WhatsApp between sessions and all coaching sessions include a pre-coaching questionnaire.
